1. Who we are

The Site is the personal website of Carlos Zepeda and is operated by Revelation Inc., 417 S. Associated Rd #1001, Brea, CA 92821. Contact: [email protected].

2. Products and services

• Academy: an AI marketing training membership delivered inside the Ace Video platform at getmyace.com. It is offered at $97 per month or $970 per year, each with a 7-day free trial. Your use of the platform is also subject to its Terms (https://www.getmyace.com/legal/terms).
• Strategic Architecture Session: a one-time, one-on-one strategy session with Carlos for $749, scheduled after purchase.
• Inner Circle: a limited-capacity advisory program. The price, payment schedule, term, and what is included are shown on the offer page and at checkout.
• Free resources: guides, the newsletter, the blog, the chat assistant, and the AI Authority Engine.
• Live events, when offered, may have additional terms shown on the registration page.

Prices and offers can change. The price shown at checkout when you buy is the price you pay.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for the price shown, plus any applicable taxes, and for recurring charges if you choose a subscription or installment plan. You agree to give accurate billing information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation

• Academy free trial: we collect your card when you start the trial and the first charge happens when the 7-day trial ends. Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged.
• Academy monthly: renews every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Academy annual: billed once per year and renews every year until you cancel. Annual members are committed for the full year. You can cancel the next renewal at any time.
• Inner Circle: the plan shown at checkout (paid in full or in installments) renews as described on the offer page unless you cancel. You can cancel any future renewal or installment at any time.
• How to cancel: use the billing settings in your Ace Video account, or email [email protected] and we will cancel for you.

5. Guarantees and refunds

• Strategic Architecture Session (walk-away guarantee): walk away from the session with at least 3 specific AI moves to make this week, or the session is free. Email [email protected] within 7 days for a full refund.
• Inner Circle (30-day money-back guarantee): if Inner Circle is not what we said it would be in your first 30 days, email [email protected] within 30 days for a full refund. For the monthly installment plan, the refund covers month one. After day 30 there is no refund, but you can cancel any future renewal or installment.
• Academy: the 7-day free trial is your chance to try everything before you pay. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing.

Except for the guarantees above or where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

6. Education and advice, not guaranteed results

Our products are training, education, and advisory services. We teach methods and share what has worked for us and others, but we do not promise any particular income, revenue, lead, follower, or business result. Your results depend on your effort, your business, your market, and factors outside our control. Any examples or stories are not typical and are not a promise that you will get the same outcome.

Nothing on the Site or in our programs is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your specific situation.

7. AI-generated content

Parts of the Site use artificial intelligence, including the chat assistant, the AI Authority Engine, and some written content. The chat assistant is an AI, not Carlos personally. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, so review it carefully before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for the content you choose to use and publish, including making sure it is accurate and follows the laws and platform rules that apply to you.

Please do not enter confidential or sensitive information into the chat assistant or the Authority Engine.

8. Accounts

Academy access uses an account on the Ace Video platform. Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Memberships are for the individual buyer (or, for Inner Circle, the seats included in your plan) and may not be shared or resold.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and all course materials, videos, templates, playbooks, frameworks, and other content we provide are owned by Revelation Inc. or our licensors and are protected by law. When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share, or record our paid materials or live calls without our written permission.

You keep ownership of the information and content you give us. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide our services to you. Content you generate with the Authority Engine is yours to use, subject to section 7.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone's rights while using the Site or our products.
• Try to hack, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Site, or get around access codes, rate limits, or security features.
• Use the chat assistant or Authority Engine to create spam, deceptive, harmful, or illegal content.
• Share your login or paid materials with people who have not paid for them.
• Harass or abuse Carlos, our team, or other members.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund where the violation is serious.

11. Third-party services

The Site links to and relies on services we do not control, including Stripe for payments and the Ace Video platform for Academy delivery. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Revelation Inc., Carlos Zepeda, and our team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Revelation Inc., Carlos Zepeda, and our team from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or our products, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Ending access

You can stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) continue after access ends.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the Site or a subscription after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect purchases already completed under earlier Terms.

18. General

These Terms, together with any terms shown at checkout and our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent.
